Deluxe Outdoor Grill
Any time you prepare food, you need to keep food safety in mind. However, when you grill, you need to be expecially careful. Be sure to thaw the meat in the refrigerator. Use separate platters for the raw and cooked meat and use a meat thermometer to ensure the meat is cooked to an appropriate internal temperature. Use hot, soapy water and paper towels or disposable cloths to wash and dry the surfaces that come into contact with raw meat.

LP Gas Grill
Grill the best hot wings ever! Marinate wings in liquid smoke for about 30 minutes (10 minutes less or more, according to your tastes). Salt and generously pepper wings. Grill on a gas grill on low heat for several hours until wings are cooked or bake in the oven at 200º for 4-5 hours. If using the oven, place wings in a deep dish to prevent drippings from spilling.
When wings are cooked, remove from heat and coat with Louisiana Red Hot Sauce (or your favorite sauce). For added heat, use Jalapeno or Habanero peppers. Grill over low heat until the sauce is caramelized. Let cool for at least 5 minutes and enjoy!

To ensure salmon fillets do not stick to either a charcoal or gas BBQ grill, get the grill rack really hot. Once it is hot, brush olive oil over the gas or charcoal grill rack and over both sides of the salmon fillets. Season the salmon and grill on mediumwith the lid closed for about 15 minutes, checking about every 5 minutes for flare-ups, etc. Your salmon is done when it flakes with a fork.
You can’t beat fresh salmon grilled on cedar planks using your gas or charcoal barbecue grill. Soak the planks fully submerged in fresh, clean, warm water for at least 1 hour. Remove the plank from the water and brush with oil. Brush the salmon with oil or maple syrup, depending on the flavor you want, place the salmon on the cedar plank with the skin-side down, and add spices. Place the cedar planks directly on the grids of your pre-heated charcoal or gas barbecue grill and grill over medium heat for about 20 minutes, checking every 5 minutes. The planks add an earthy, sweet, subtle flavor to the salmon.
Enjoy grilled salmon anywhere with a portable gas barbecue grill.

When grilling on a charcoal barbecue grill, add wood chips for even more smoke flavor. Hickory is best for grilling pork and steak. Use oak, cherry, or alder when grilling chicken and fish.
Spice it up! Whether grilling on a charcoal or gas BBQ Grill, choose the freshest spices available for the best tasting grilled foods. Use those spices sparingly though to enjoy the true flavor of the foods you are grilling.
Grilled foods are better for you and offer a wider variety of flavors. Choose the gas or charcoal grill that is right for you and begin the great taste adventure!
