Add Flavor to Foods Cooked on a Gas or Charcoal BBQ Grill

July 12th, 2011 by Steve

When grilling on a charcoal barbecue grill, add wood chips for even more smoke flavor.  Hickory is best for grilling pork and steak.  Use oak, cherry, or alder when grilling chicken and fish.

Spice it up!  Whether grilling on a charcoal or gas BBQ Grill, choose the freshest spices available for the best tasting grilled foods.  Use those spices sparingly though to enjoy the true flavor of the foods you are grilling.

Grilled foods are better for you and offer a wider variety of flavors.  Choose the gas or charcoal grill that is right for you and begin the great taste adventure!
